Can the good be returned?
You as the shopper have the right to cancel or exchange within 7 days of receipt of the goods. If the order is cancelled your money will be refunded after the goods have been returned in an unused condition.
*Please note no refunds or exchanges can be accepted on used goods.
*Please note there may also be a charge for Postage and Packing on returned goods.
How do I order from outside the UK?
Just phone or e-mail outlining what products you would like to order. A representative will then get back to you with a postage price and also a time scale for delivery at your location. Order can then be placed by credit or debit card.
Please bear in mind all orders are carried out in Sterling.
