K-Max Clear Gel Volumizing Shampoo

KMax Clear Gel Volumizing Shampoo is a highly effective frequent-use cleanser that combines an extremely gentle superior washing base with a pool of conditioning agents and has been specially designed to give hair volume, shine and softness. Completing the formulation is a series of moisturizing agents.

The K-Max Clear Gel Volumizing Shampoo's washing base uses premium surfactants (no SLS/SLES) and has been specially formulated to provide extremely gentle washing that does not alter the scalp's hydrolipidic film whilst it still proves effective in removing dirt and excess sebum.
These properties make the product ideal for correct daily hair washing without attacking either the skin or hair shaft.

Let's take a look at the main surfactants used:
Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate:primary anionic surfactant boasting excellent skin compatibility.
Sodium methyl oleoyl taurate: auxiliary anionic surfactant derived from condensation of a fatty acid and an amino acid (taurine). This surfactant, in addition to being very mild, produces a slight conditioning and disciplining effect.
Lauryl polyglucose: extremely well tolerated auxiliary non-ionic surfactant (an alkylpolyglucoside).
Sodium cocopolyglucose tartrate: auxiliary anionic surfactant derived from the reaction of an alkylpolyglucoside and an alpha-hydroxy acid (tartaric acid).
Coco-betaine: auxiliary amphoteric surfactant boasting good skin compatibility.
Special emphasis has been placed on the conditioning and volumizing effect, which has been achieved firstly by adding a considerable amount of amino acids and proteins from various sources (rice and keratin). These substances bond electrostatically to the hair, strengthening the keratinous structure by virtue of the product's component substances (the amino acids we mentioned) and immediately giving volume and body.

Secondly, a filmforming quaternary agent derived from Guar gum was added, which is useful in neutralizing the static electricity as well as in giving the hair body. Lastly, the ceramides in the formula produce an active action on hair structure, closing the hair scales and thus making hair stronger, more compact and better protected.
The synergy between these active substances means hair immediately regains extraordinary volume, body, softness, shine and combability, without the downside of heavy hair.
Let's take a look at the main conditioning agents used:

Hydrolyzed rice protein, Hydrolyzed keratin, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride: a filmforming quaternary agent derived from Guar gum.
Palmytoyl Myristyl Serinate: ceramide

Completing the formulation is a pool of substances producing a moisturizing, soothing and toning effect, which take care of the scalp as well as the hair shaft, helping make them healthier and giving them back extremely useful substances.

Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice: Aloe Vera produces an important soothing and moisturizing effect by virtue of the mucopolysaccharides, vitamins, minerals and enzymes that it has in abundance.
Allantoin: Allantoin has remarkable moisturizing, keratoplastic and emollient properties.
Pro-Vitamin B5, Panthenol: Panthenol plays an important role in maintaining correct moisture levels both in the skin and hair, and is also a protective and decongesting agent.
Tocopheryl Acetate: Vitamin E exerts an important antioxidant action, protecting cell membranes from deterioration caused by free radicals.
Glycerine: Glycerine is a humectant and soothant of vegetable origin.

Directions for use:
Wet hair and scalp, apply a sufficient amount of K-Max Clear Gel Volumizing Shampoo, massage gently until you get plenty of soft foam and leave on for 2-3 minutes. Lastly, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Its formulation has been designed for frequent washing and, therefore, can be used daily to keep hair healthily clean.
